Print the form and fill it out completely then either scan and fax to (225) 231-0321, or simply mail it to Baton Rouge Water Company, Post Office Box 96016, Baton Rouge, LA 70896-9016 along with a voided check from your account and we will take care of things from there. Continue paying your bill normally until you receive notice on the bill that that your account will be drafted.

Each month you will need to verify the amount of your bill on your Smartbill or paper bill so that you are aware of the amount that will be drafted from your account. It is your responsibility to verify these bills from month to month and so that you do not exceed the draft limit. (if you choose to set one) If you exceed your draft limit you run the risk of your service being disconnected for non payment. We will not draft your account should the amount of the bill exceed the draft limit even by as much as a penny. We are contractually obligated by the limit if you choose to set one.
